& graded?
Prakash Bang selects his fruits by the shape and size.
The human senses of look, touch and smell play an
important role while packing the fruits.
» How are the fruits packed?
The time taken for transport to the final destination
of delivery decides the stage of ripeness at which
the fresh fruits need to be packed. Every fruit is
then checked for any superficial skin blemishes before
they are packed. 12 of the choicest fruit are individually
cushioned in foam nets and then gift packed in an
attractive and sturdy 5-ply carton. Finally, each
carton is strapped and sealed making it worthy for
travel over long distances. Knowingly, we never take
a chance.

» How do I place an order? Is it possible to
gift to multiple receivers?
Just select the fruit you want to buy/gift from the
Home Page of bangsons.com and follow the Order Form.
It's quite simple. Give your details, the receiver's
details and choose the payment option to successfully
complete the ordering process. You also have the facility
to gift to multiple receivers through the same Order
Form. For e.g. you can gift 1 box to Delhi, 3 to Mumbai
and 2 to Pune.
» Is my Order number important?
Yes. The Order number is required for tracking your
order and also for future correspondence. Your Order
number is a unique one and will be displayed once
the ordering process is successfully completed. Please
note this Order number.
» What if I forget my Order
number?
Incase, you forget/misplace your Order number, please

» How do I check the current
status of my orders?

» Can I cancel an order after
it is submitted?
No, you can't cancel an order once the payment process
is complete.
» Can I change the sender
and receiver details of my order?
Though a rare case, you can definitely change the
sender and receiver details of your order by mailing
us the new details at customercare@bangsons.com.
We will be able to change the details only if the
order has not entered the shipping process. We will
keep you informed.
» What if I order for more
than 100 boxes?
You become Prakash Bang's special customer. He will
therefore, free of cost, print your name on the box
with the remark "Specially packed for."

» When do the deliveries begin? What is the
lead-time for delivery?
Each fruit is best harvested in different seasons.
We normally start the bookings a month in advance
and all the deliveries are completed sequentially-
on a first come first served basis. Dispatch schedules
are updated periodically.
» How is my order delivered?
Blue Dart our logistics partner is entrusted with
the job of delivering the boxes of premium fruits
across India. Since we have been working with them
for many years now, they are well trained to cater
to our special need of door delivering perishable
fruits. Blue Dart covers almost all major towns and
cities in India. In case your destination is not serviced
by Blue Dart, we will have to dispatch the box through
some other reliable courier company. We will inform
you accordingly.
» Do you charge extra for
shipping?
No. The price mentioned on the Home Page of bangsons.com
is an all-inclusive price. No hidden costs.
» What's the proof of delivery?
Every confirmed order has an Order number. This will
be your unique number which will help you to track
your delivery status online as well as serve as your
reference number should you need to get in touch with
our Customer Care Centre. Please note that we cannot
give hard copies as proof of deliveries.
» What in case my order is
not delivered?
In the unlikely event of a shortcoming from our side,
your fruit box remains undelivered, you will have
the option to ask for a full refund or to have the
box delivered to an alternative address. You can also
carry forward the order to the next year at the same
price, irrespective of the price hikes in the future.
» What if the receiver refuses
to accept the delivery?
In very rare cases, we find people reluctant to accept
the box as a gift as a matter of their personal policy.
We therefore, have no other option but to destroy
the box at the destination. We don't call back the
box, as it serves no purpose (what with fruit being
a perishable commodity). In all such cases, you will
be kept informed about the delivery attempt but no
refunds will be given.
» What if the receiver is
away for a while?
In case the address of delivery is locked on the first
attempt, our couriers leave a message behind and also
make a second attempt within the next two days. They
also try and call up the receiving party to know the
suitable time for delivery. If all attempts fail,
we instruct them to destroy the box. In such cases
we give you the proofs of attempts made but no refunds
will be given. Please note that the delivery of the
fruit boxes will not be attempted on Sundays or on
any public holidays due to unavailability of courier
service.

» What are the different payment options available?
You have an option to pay by:

Service Provider to accept payments via Credit Cards
and Net banking facilities in real-time. You can pay
by using:

in the world.
· HDFC Bank, Centurion Bank and CitiBank net banking
customers can also pay online.

» In what currency will I
be charged for the purchases I make?
The charges will be billed to your credit card as
www.ccavenue.com. All prices are listed in Indian
Rupees. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your
bank will automatically convert to your home currency
based on the exchange rate when the order is confirmed.
This will be reflected in your Credit Card statement.

option for the order placed?
Once you register an order with us, you cannot change
the payment option for that particular order.
